holly + darren

Holly and Darren wed in Fiji just days before this party. How awesome is that to get married there?? I'm jealous and their photos from the wedding there are fabulous, too! I've been looking forward to this party and the day before thansgiving day I got chicken pox. urgh!! I was so upset that I couldn't photograph the wedding. I'm so glad Young got Lisa (the super cute photographer of Red Gallery) to accompany him cover the event. Thank you, Lisa!!!
I'm so glad with how everything turn out, I had a blast editing and working on their photos today.
This is also a wrap to our awesome year. I really mean it. It's been an amazing year and we're so lucky to have the best couples and families to work with. Can't wait to start our season next spring!!

website

I'm updating my website erlina.com to show my recent works, since what we had before has been more than a year old. However... there are some issues with the preview photo on gallery and stuff that it still show the old pictures. So, when you go under gallery, the preview on each link doesn't show the right photo. Once you click into any of them though, you're looking at the correct event.
I sent support ticket already to my web designer since I have no clue on how to fix this :) don't know when it will get fix, hopefully soon. For the next month, I will keep on changing and updating my site, I will let you know once everything is final. We're so excited and has been planning on updating it for a while. We feel that our style has evolve and change and grow.. and we hope to stay fresh and inspired.
Now, I need to get ready for rehearsal tonight and wedding tomorrow of Amanda and Jason. We're so excited about this wedding. I've heard about her planning and I'm sure it's going to be fabulous. I don't know how she prepare all that from NY.

Next week Hongjun and I will be in FL with my family. My mom and my brother's family will be spending sometime in Orlando to entertain the kids. I haven't seen his daugther at all and she's almost 6 now. I'm so excited to see them all.
So, I will be a little late posting Amanda and Jason's wedding. After I finish editing their photos then I'll try to work on my site again.
Have a wonderful weekend!

halloween 07

Too bad Hongjun got pink eye yesterday at daycare (which we're not sure if it's really pink eye) He's totally fine today but since they might think he's contagious, we decided not to take him there today.. and he missed his halloween party there :(
We did trick or treat in our neighborhood though and he had a blast. He loves it!

caroline (first birthday)

We planned on attending Caroline's first birthday the day after Yenny's wedding. Since our plane got delayed and then we missed our connecting flight, we couldn't attend the party. It was a bummer.
Caroline is Young's uncle's youngest (for now) grand-daughter. She is soooo pretty!! She smiles a lot and easy going. We definitely have to take her photos, we've been looking forward to this for months. So, we went the next day and she put on her hanbook. Korean has a beautiful tradition for baby's first birthday. They have this ceremony.. there are some food prepared, and they have the baby to choose one item that supposedly show what her future brings. I heard that Caroline picked the money. Smart girl!! :)

yenny + jeff (part III)

Yei! OSU won and I finished editing Yenny and Jeff's wedding!!
Click below for the slideshow.. it may take sometime to load since there are a load of pictures. If you haven't seen the other two post I have for this wedding, just scroll down below this one.

Yenny and Jeff, thank you again for having us to be part of your wedding. You two are an amazing couple. The planning you did for this wedding was also impressive, you were making sure everyone was comfortable and everything was planned so well.
Of course it helps that you are SO lucky! With the weather forecast being 80% chance of thunderstorm.. but since it's you two.. sure enough the weather was clear on both ceremony and reception. Crazy!! I mean you can totally see the storm clouds coming and magically passed.

Yes, the mosquitos bites were not pleasant, but wow.. your wedding worth every bite.
(I still have marks to prove them.. LOL)

yenny + jeff (part II)

I must be addicted to blogging or blog some of the photos makes me feel better since I'm so behind editing this wedding :)
These set of photos are some of my favorites from the day before the wedding session. Yenny, in some way I'm glad we ended up only having one hour instead of two, can you imagine how many more photos it would be??
